Valley residents can get their first taste of the full Seafood City experience on Saturday, when the popular Filipino grocery chain will host the first Arizona edition of its famous "Late Night Madness" event.

Why it matters: The free viral dance-and-DJ parties, which became a sensation when introduced at Seafood City locations in California, are a big part of the chain's appeal.

What to expect: "Late Night Madness" will run 9pm-midnight in the store's parking lot, 3177 W. Chandler Blvd., and will feature food, music and much more.

A DJ battle will feature local spinners DJ Hiits Danny and DJ PsychoPat among the competitors.
There will be special late-night food items, and the store's food hall will remain open until midnight.
You can also get special merch, including tees, hats and personalized Seafood City jerseys.

If you go: You'll need to reserve your free ticket on the SFC+ app, as space will be limited.
