Arizona Rattlers head to Indoor Football League championship

• Defensive back Yahsyn McKee Sr., the 2026 IFL Defensive Player of the Year and Defensive Rookie of the Year, had a league-leading 11 interceptions this season.
• On offense, keep an eye on quarterback Max Meylor, who was last year's IFL MVP while playing for Green Bay.
• "This is one of the more unique situations that I've ever been in," Meylor said in an IFL news release. "It worked out for the both of us and I have all gratitude towards Green Bay and all that they did for me, but it's just a game and I have to focus on myself and the Rattlers and let the game play out."

The other side: Green Bay hasn't struggled since losing its MVP quarterback — Meylor's replacement, Liam Thompson, is a contender for the award this year.
