Cadbury Easter honors are on the line in baby hippo naming vote

• The candy-themed choices are Cadbury, Jellybean, Taffy and Twixi.

The intrigue: Cadbury is raising the stakes — if voters name the hippo after the candy company, it gets to be the 2026 Cadbury Easter Bunny.

• "We may have found the 2026 Cadbury Easter Bunny, but first, we need your help!" the company announced on Instagram.

How to vote: Visitors can vote by scanning a QR code on a sign at the World Wildlife Zoo's pygmy hippo exhibit.

• That means you have to go see the hippo for yourself to cast a vote.
• And do it soon — voting is open only through Feb. 22.
• The zoo will announce the winner on Feb. 24.

The bottom line: Recent Cadbury Bunny winners have included a racoon, dogs and even a frog — so why not a baby pygmy hippo?
