It's not just the rising cost of dining out that's making your date nights more expensive — child care prices are on the upswing as well.
The big picture: Last year's average babysitting rates in Phoenix were up more than 20% since 2020, according to new UrbanSitter data.
By the numbers: The Valley's average rate is lower than the national average, but at $20.59 for one child and $26.63 for two, parents are often spending more than $100 on a night out before they ever leave the house.
