Phoenix joins protests over Trump policies

Thousands of people protested against President Trump at the state Capitol in Phoenix on Saturday as part of a nationwide day of demonstrations across the U.S.

• The Department of Public Safety estimated that 2,000-3,000 people joined the protest at the Capitol, the Arizona Mirror reported.
• Thousands more gathered in Reid Park in Tucson, and there were protests in Flagstaff, Sedona, Tempe and Yuma.
• "Hands Off!" protests against Trump and billionaire Elon Musk occurred in more than 1,200 locations in all 50 states, per the AP.
