Winter is giving way to spring, and that means more daylight, though in a few months, we'll be begging Mother Nature to take some back.
Driving the news: Most of Arizona, including the Phoenix and Tucson areas, will gain about two and a half hours of daylight between tomorrow's spring equinox and the summer solstice on June 20, per NOAA's solar calculator.
The further north you go, the more daylight you gain. The furthest northern part of Arizona looks to gain about three hours.
