The Arizona State Sun Devils are headed to the Big 12 Championship Game after walloping the University of Arizona Wildcats 49-7 in Tucson over the weekend to win the Territorial Cup in this year's rivalry game.
State of play: ASU will play Iowa State in Arlington, Texas, at 10am Saturday for the conference championship.
Catch up quick: The Sun Devils ended the regular season in a four-way tie with BYU, Colorado and Iowa State for first place in the Big 12, but ASU secured its spot in the championship game via tiebreakers.
BYU's win Saturday night eliminated the narrow possibility that ASU could win and still miss out on the conference championship game.
