Zoom in: "60 Minutes" aired a lengthy segment on the turmoilcaused by years of false claims that the 2020 election in Maricopa County was rigged against former President Trump.
At the end, Richer, a Republican who has receiveddeath threats from people who falsely believe the election was stolen, put the claims into historical context, explaining how the "ugliness in the character of human beings" that he's seen gives him insight into "horrific moments of human history."
His final comment came in response to Pelley's question: "You understand how things can go wrong?"
