Last weekend, the Ahwatukee Joann afforded me a much-appreciated moment of summer disassociation.
The big picture: A gaggle of larger-than-life decorative skeletons greeted me as I entered the store and quickly distracted me from my mission to find a Fourth of July welcome mat.
Behind them were three more rows of spooky decor, from witchy pillows to candy cauldrons.
My thought bubble: I don't think it's ever too early to start prepping for Halloween (my favorite holiday), and I relish any reminder that summer is temporary and fall is around the corner.
Yes, but: I know my viewpoint is not universal. Hit reply and tell me the earliest you think Halloween decor should appear in stores.
