My pick: La Crêpe Nanou, an adorable Uptown bistro that's been serving French vibes for more than 40 years.
- My husband and I love the mussels here, which are served with fries.
- Pro tip: They'll happily pack the leftover white wine broth to go. I use it to make an easy seafood pasta the next day.
- Crêpe Nanou is also one of the only places to offer fondue in New Orleans. It's served with bread and vegetables. C'est magnifique!
Fun tidbit: This used to be a mustard-only, no-ketchup restaurant, but somewhere along the way, American tastes won out and ketchup is now available.
