I wrote a book! I'm having a party to celebrate, and you're invited.

Why it matters: Writing about New Orleans is how I learn about it, and I'm excited to share what I learned thinking for the past couple of years about where the city's food scene is headed.

The book rounds up 80 restaurants, bars, stores and makers who not only anchor New Orleans' food culture now, but who I think are going to be part of its future.
To mark the release, I'll be popping up at Snake & Jake's (yep, it's in the book!) on Friday from 5pm to 6:30pm. Stop by for a signed copy.
