Queen Tahj, the artist behind last year's Super Bowl LIX logo, is bringing her artistic flair to the Mystic Krewe of Femme Fatale this year.
The big picture: She's the grand marshal of the parade and designed two specialty beads to throw, she told City Council members yesterday.
One bead features feathers to "represent being a Mardi Gras Indian" and the other has her logo that looks like the beadwork on her Indian suit.
Femme Fatale krewe members — which leaders say are known as the "rich aunties" — also will throw backpacks and more than 3,000 books when they roll Uptown on Feb. 8.
