Only about a month to go 'til we can legally have king cake, and NOCCA has already unveiled its menu for Mardi Gras 2026.
Dig in: The school's culinary arts students are bringing back their signature gluten-free cinnamon and satsuma almond cakes, plus "The Goddess," a cake made in partnership with the Krewe of Muses that debuted last year.
New this year is a pair of star chef collaborations. Both will have limited availability in January and include a banana cream pie king cake with chef Emeril Lagasse and a strawberry tres leches cake with chef Frank Brigtsen.
What's next: You can pre-order now. Shipping is available.
Editor's note: This story has been updated to reflect the latest availability on the chef-driven king cakes. Lagasse's was originally slated to be on sale all season.
