🍴 Charmant is now open inside the Mid-City space that formerly housed MoPho, we're told. The new bistro from chef Chris Borges promises European flavors with a New Orleans influence, as well as a "robust wine list" and a modern space design by Borges' wife, general manager and sommelier Bonnie Borges.
