🕯️ Hundreds of prayer flags will be suspended over Bourbon Street in an artistic commemoration of the Jan. 1 terror attack, we're told. The project, conceptualized by Katy Casbarian of Arnaud's Restaurant and produced by Studio West, will be unveiled Dec. 1 and remain on view through Jan. 18.
