New Orleans' slowest season claimed too many of our favorite restaurants and bars, including Palace Cafe, Effervescence, MoPho and Tatlo.
Yes, but: More than a dozen new spots are now open or are coming soon.

- Delacroix is set to open later this month in Spanish Plaza.
- Doris Metropolitan Studio is opening Uptown this month.
- The Drift Inn Diner is coming to Algiers Point.
- They hope to open at the end of the month, we're told. The team will start with dinner before adding brunch, lunch and breakfast.
- Sushi by Us is a "Mexakase" restaurant from the company behind Tacos del Cartel.

- Jefferson Parish's food pavilion will be home to Sabor Del Parque, Louisiana Purchase Kitchen Express, Coastal BBQ Company and Nonno's.
