😯 Palace Café, a Dickie Brennan restaurant, closed Monday after 34 years on Canal Street. The restaurant group is in court with the property owner over a lease dispute, according to The Times-Picayune.
- "This moment comes not by choice, but by circumstance," the restaurant management wrote on Facebook. "We are appealing the decision and holding onto hope, but for now, we must say goodbye to this beloved corner of the French Quarter."
