👋 Chelsea here. The team at Miss River invited me to a dinner this week celebrating chef Jacques Pépin, the "living legend" of French cooking who turns 90 later this year.
Why it matters: In honor of his birthday, chefs nationwide are hosting 90 dinners to raise money for Pépin's foundation.
What he said: "It just goes to show that you can eat French omelettes and drink French wine and still live to be 90," chef Alon Shaya said.
