🍝 Brutto Americano opens March 14 inside the Barnett Hotel, formerly the Ace Hotel, we're told. The restaurant takes over prime Carondelet Street real estate and comes from the creators of Osterio Lupo and Costera. The menu celebrates Gulf seafood, homemade pasta and has steak big enough to share, a release says.
