A New Orleans entrepreneur is using AI to sync up city databases in a bid to help officials identify and fix infrastructure problems faster, according to The Times-Picayune.

Users can ask the bot in plain-speak about infrastructure problems. Then, it chews through that data before replying, also in plain-speak.
Users can also report new issues they spot on their own.
