The Saints are planning to spend their training camp at UC-Irvine later this summer while part of the team's Metairie facilities are renovated, reports Jeff Duncan with NOLA.com | The Times-Picayune.
Why it matters: Even if practices are open to the public, New Orleans-based fans will have a hard time making that commute.
