Sanguich and H&H Bagels opening at Amazon-anchored Wynwood campus

Driving the news: Wynwood Plaza, which signed an office lease with Amazon last year, is welcoming the following new businesses in 2026:

• 🥪 Sanguich, which was voted Miami's best Cuban sandwich by Axios readers. It has five other locations across Miami-Dade County.
• 🥯 H&H Bagels, the acclaimed New York city bagel chain featured on "Sex and the City" and "Seinfeld," which recently opened a location in Pinecrest.
• 💪 Megaformer pilates studio, which has another Miami location.
• 🐶 S-Paw pet spa, which features automatic "dog bath cabins."
• 💅 Eternity Nails salon.

What's next: These new businesses — along with the already-announced Luca Steak restaurant — are expected to open sometime this year.
