Yoga activewear brand Alo will open a shop in the Hudson's building downtown, developer Bedrock announced Friday.
Why it matters: Alo is the first retail tenant announced for the much-publicized Dan Gilbert development in a high-traffic location on Woodward Avenue.
The $1.4 billion project has a 685-foot tower and a shorter 12-story block building.
Alo joins other athletic retailers downtown: Lululemon and Nike.
What's next: Alo is expected to open in late summer.
Plus, expect more Hudson's retail reveals soon, Bedrock says.
