👀 New renderings for U of M center

U of M's board of regents approved the Center for Innovation's design yesterday.

Why it matters: New renderings show what downtown's new $250 million building will look like when it's expected to open in mid-2027.

  • Workforce development programming is slated to start that summer, with graduate students starting classes in the fall.
  • Regents also greenlighted the center's construction.
