The best thing Linh ate: Tous les Jours honey cheese pancakes

If you've been to Tous les Jours, the Korean-French bakery outside Jordan Creek mall, you'll know there are a lot of pastry choices, including some hits and misses.

However, I've found myself regularly craving the honey cheese pancakes ($5) — three little mochi pancakes with a cheesy filling.

What I liked: Unlike a typical American breakfast pancake, these tiny pastries are extra chewy with a satisfying texture.

It's also more subtly sweet. There's a honey drizzle over the little pancakes, but the savory cheese filling gives it a tang that keeps it from being too over the top.

Note: They rotate their bakery items, so the pancakes may not always be there.
