A new Coca-Cola Consolidated facility in Columbus recently opened its doors, bringing dozens of new jobs and state-of-the-art technologies to the region.

The breakdown: The 60-acre campus in the new Rickenbacker Industrial Complex 20 miles from Columbus includes three new facilities.
- A 400,000-square-foot distribution and sales center.

- A 15,000-square-foot fleet maintenance garage for subsidiary organization Red Classic Transit.
The old campus totaled 180,000 square feet and had just nine loading docks — the new facilities boast more than 50 loading docks.
