Paco's Tacos & Tequila expanding to Fort Mill

Paco's Tacos & Tequila will open in Fort Mill next month in the former Taco Molino space.

Why it matters: The Charlotte-based restaurant is part of FS Food Group, which also owns Mama Ricotta's, Midwood Smokehouse, Calle Sol and YAFO, to name a few.

• "We chose Fort Mill because it's a growing, vibrant community that appreciates good food and great hospitality," CEO Frank Scibelli said in a press release.

Dig in: The Tex-Mex restaurant is known for its wood-fired grilled fajitas, cheesy enchiladas and its massive tequila selection (230 varieties).

Zoom in: The spot at 1328 Broadcloth St. will seat more than 200 people in its 4,400-square-foot dining room and 954-square-foot all-seasons patio.

• The restaurant is targeting a March opening date.
