Bonsai Fusion

The Poke Bonsai menu includes Tuna Poke, Salmon Poke, Seafood Trio, Yellowtail Poke and Tofu Poke. A small costs $8 and a large costs $14.

Agenda highly recommends the Tuna Poke – diced tuna and avocado, edamame, tossed in a ginger soy sauce with masago, shallots, green peppers and scallion served over rice and topped with finely cut scallions.
