Love it or hate it, the Seaport's annual Snowport Holiday Market is ground zero for Boston and New England-centric gifts, ornaments, clothing and decorations — and this year, it's all about lobsters.
Why it matters: Lobsters are having a big year, and so is Snowport.
- There are over 125 vendors this year, and it seems like at least half of them offer campy gifts featuring crustaceans, Dunkin cups or playing off the Boston accent.
- Here are our favorites:
Old-fashioned lobster ashtray

Nothing says "your aunt and uncle who still smoke are coming over" like when the ceramic ashtrays are dusted off for the holidays.
- And now you can show your relatives how much you love lobster at the same time.
- $9.99 from Love Boston.
The Clawbster sandwich

It's lobster meat on sourdough with cheese and "lemon aioli," aka mayo, garlic and a squirt of citrus.
- And it's even under $40!
Lobster claw serving board

Portland, ME's La Maree Art came down to Boston this year with their cool handcrafted serving boards, like this giant claw-shaped one.
- $115
Cozy lobster PJs

Coming in red, white and pink, you can get your loved ones matching pajama sets that tell everyone that, yes, life is better when you're constantly reminding people how much you love lobster.
- Night suit sets from $89 from Starboard and Co.
Lobster basketball bottle opener

Let's be real, lobsters make terrible basketball players, and it would be incredibly difficult to get one into a tiny Celtics jersey.
- Also comes in "bougie ski bunny" and "trademark infringement orange and purple."
- $25 from Merry in Boston.
Lobster Christ

The makers of the Lobster Nativity Scene also sell tree ornaments featuring Baby Jesus Lobster in his seaweed and clamshell cradle.
Honorable mention: Dunkin pigeon

Not a lobster, but pigeons are well known as the lobsters of the skies.
- $59 from Flyn of Portland.
