What's inside the Massachusetts economic development bill

Zoom in: The bill renews state investments in the life sciences industry, committing $500 million over the next decade. 

• It also sets aside $400 million for the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center and about $100 million for artificial intelligence research and projects to boost the state's technology sectors.

The proposal has several policy-related provisions:
