CIC teams with Basque Culinary Center to explore innovation in gastronomy

CIC and Basque celebrated the partnership with a gastronomy showcase in Kendall Square.

• The showcase included a mixologist, a Boston-based vertical farming startup, a Spanish brewery specializing in alcohol made from fermented teas and other projects.
