Intercontinental Exchange CEO Jeffrey Sprecher, husband of Kelly Loeffler, recently bought a $5.6 million condo at the Wharf, per D.C. property and LLC records.
The big picture: Loeffler, a former senator from Georgia, was sworn in as President Trump's head of the Small Business Administration last month, while Sprecher oversees global financial exchanges, including the NYSE.

Zoom out: This isn't the only jaw-dropping item in Sprecher's real estate line-up: The couple's $10.5 million mansion in Atlanta's Buckhead neighborhood has parquet flooring from Versailles, nine antique fireplaces and a kitchen floor containing fossilized dino footprints.
