Local bands will take over dozens of houses on Saturday for the return of Uptown Porchfest, an afternoon of free music exclusively performed on front porches and yards.
What to expect: Over 65 overlapping musical acts will be playing everything from emo jams to "mass accordion madness" throughout the Lowry Hill East/Wedge neighborhood, plus food, drinks and activities for kids in Mueller Park.
- If you're traveling in, Metro Transit is offering free bus passes from noon to 6pm.
