Don't resign yourself to a sad sandwich at the gate. Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport has over 100 concession options across the two terminals for every kind of traveler.
- Here are some of our picks for airport eats. Be sure to check hours online.
🍗 For the local flavor: Recognizable Twin Cities haunts Hi-Lo Diner, Northern Soul, Crisp & Green and LoLo American Kitchen all have outposts in Terminal 1.
- Food Truck Alley in Terminal 1, Concourse E also features local brands such as Holy Land Deli and Red Cow.
- Those in need of a locally made sweet treat can stop by T-Rex Cookie's stand in Concourse C or St. Paul-based Donut Trap's vending machine in Concourse H.
🍔 Other airport vendors' restaurants with local ties include Blue Door Pub, Caribou Coffee and Ike's Clubhouse.
🌅 Got an early flight: Angel Food Bakery in Terminal 1, Concourse E opens at 4am with freshly made donuts from the bakery's St. Louis Park location.
- Poppy's Bagels in Concourse G also serves breakfast starting at 5am.
🍺 If you need beer or wine: Stone Arch in Terminal 1's MSP Mall partners with the Minnesota Craft Brewers Guild to keep around 30 local brews on tap.
- And Lake Wine Kitchen + Bar sells roughly two dozen wines by the glass, with a menu that ranges from 3-ounce tasting flights to 9-ounce pours. It's also centrally located in the MSP Mall.
🍝 Last call for pasta lovers: Volante, an Italian restaurant from chef Doug Flicker, is set to close at the end of October 2025 as part of Concourse G's ongoing renovations.
🍞 Terminal 2 has far fewer options. But hungry travelers in that area can check out MN Wild Bar and Restaurant for a sit-down meal or grab something to go from MSP Market, Caribou, Subway or Starbucks.
- A Lucky's 13 and a McDonald's are set to join the smaller terminal as soon as next year.
⌛️ Running late: If you're really short on time, Farmer's Fridge vending machines dispense freshly made salads, grain bowls and wraps in both terminals.
- Plus, its app has a list of each machine's inventory so you don't waste time wandering.
