Theory Coffee turns the small parking lot of a former gas station into one of the hottest places to visit in San Antonio on weekends.

Dig in: This coffee trailer has been around for more than a decade and has earned the loyal following it's built. Its spot on Nacogdoches Road by Loop 410 saw a long line when I visited on a recent Sunday, but the baristas were quick and moved everything along.

The vibe: Small tables shaded by the overhang of said former gas station offer some respite from the sun.

Naco Mexican Eatery's original trailer sits on the same lot. The James Beard semifinalist is beloved, making it a perfect spot to grab your breakfast tacos alongside your caffeine.

What to try: A honey cinnamon iced latte ($5.85 with oat milk).
