Southerleigh and Bakery Lorraine are now open at San Antonio International Airport.
Why it matters: Travelers can get a taste of two beloved local brands without leaving the terminal.
The latest: The Pearl favorites opened new outposts in Terminal B Monday.
The vibe: The 80-seat Southerleigh restaurant serves all-day fare, including breakfast burritos, avocado toast, fried chicken sandwiches, Gulf seafood, signature beers and craft cocktails.
The scaled-down Bakery Lorraine café offers its signature pastries plus grab-and-go breakfast and lunch options, per the Express-News.
Zoom out: The openings follow a wave of local restaurant debuts at SAT, including Pharm Table, Tre Pizzeria and Southtown Market, all of which opened in Terminal A last month.
Pharm Table is an extension of the Southtown restaurant.
Tre Pizzeria brings chef Jason Dady's Boerne pizzeria to the airport.
Southtown Market is chef Johnny Hernandez's grab-and-go concept in the former La Fruteria space.
