Your 2025 guide to San Antonio's holiday lights

There are plenty of places to get in the holiday spirit around San Antonio.

The latest: The city's downtown lights will flip on Friday during the Ford Holiday River Parade at 6pm, kicking off the season in full glow. The free Travis Park lighting is also Friday, 4-7pm.

The University of the Incarnate Word also turned on its free campus light display last weekend.

🐻 San Antonio Zoo Lights

The zoo transforms into a winter wonderland with laser displays, twinkling trails and Santa stops through Jan. 4.

The special event is included with standard admission, which starts at $35.

🎄 Illuminate

The San Antonio Botanical Garden's holiday event turns the grounds into a dazzling nighttime experience with giant floral canopies and photo-ready moments at every turn. Through Jan. 11.

Tickets start at $25.

✨ Classic Christmas

One of San Antonio's newer holiday attractions, this light show takes over Toyota Field, transforming it into a 90,000-square-foot holiday adventure until Dec. 28.

Tickets start at $21.

🚗 The Light Park

This drive-thru experience at Nelson Wolff Municipal Stadium lets guests enjoy synchronized lights from the comfort of their car by tuning in to a dedicated radio station. Through Jan. 4.

Admission is charged per vehicle, starting at $39.99.

🎢 Holiday in the Park

Six Flags Fiesta Texas' annual celebration runs through Dec. 23 and features a 70-foot Christmas tree, Santa visits, themed shows and lights across the park.

Tickets start at $55.
