Why yes, that is a gyro. They don't all come with the fries inside the wrap. Photo: Suzanne Kreiter/The Boston Globe via Getty Images
To celebrate 20 years in San Antonio, Papouli's Greek Grill will give the first 20 customers at each location today a gift card to cover the cost of gyros for a year.
Why it matters: Everyone loves free food.
How it works: The cards will come loaded with enough money to cover one regular gyro and side per week, including sales tax. They will be replenished monthly for one year.
If you go: Papouli's opens at 11am, with locations on Huebner Road on the Northwest Side and on Agora Parkway near Live Oak.
The bottom line: Get there fast, and happy lunching.
