There have been several offseason changes aimed at enhancing how Spurs fans in San Antonio and beyond connect with the team.

📣 The Spurs unveiled an exclusive Supporter Section at the Frost Bank Center, a $999 membership reserved for the team's rowdiest fans. The move made waves after Victor Wembanyama helped choose who would sit there.

⛹️‍♀️ The Red McCombs Community Court at Hemisfair debuted over the weekend, marking downtown's first public basketball court.

👟 The Spurs signed on as title sponsor of January's Austin Half Marathon, part of the franchise's effort to grow its brand up I-35.

Game time updates

With the No. 2 pick, the Spurs drafted Rutgers guard Dylan Harper — the third high draft pick they've made in a row. They also drafted forward Carter Bryant with the 14th pick.

✅ Guard De'Aaron Fox extended his contract, and Bismack Biyombo re-signed.

📻 Dan Weiss, who previously worked as a pre- and post-game studio host, takes over radio play-by-play from longtime announcer Bill Schoening, who retired in April.

What's next: Preseason starts Oct. 6 at home vs. Guangzhou Loong Lions of the Chinese Basketball Association.
