The latest: The Latina-owned shop, once a coffee truck, is drawing locals with its pink coquette aesthetic and seasonal drinks made with beans from Kurios Coffee.
The brick-and-mortar location opened Aug. 14 on Cupples Road.
Nearly every guest I saw walked in saying, "It's so cute" before pulling out their phones to snap photos of the space.
What to try: My cherry vanilla latte ($7.25) was a summer special — now gone. The cherry and vanilla popped without drowning out the coffee, a good sign for the fall menu, which was released Monday.
What's next: I'll be back to try a cold foam coffee and one of the empanadas.
