👋 Madalyn here! I recently ventured outside Loop 410 to check out the new Fogo de Chão near La Cantera — and one drink alone was worth the trip.
What to try: If you're a meat lover, you already know Brazilian steakhouses are a treat. But the Caipirinha cocktail ($15.50) sweetened the deal.
This refreshing sip has a premium cachaça (a sugarcane spirit), muddled lime and cane sugar.
It's like an adult lemonade I'd happily sip poolside all summer long.
What we're watching:Last June 20, Fogo de Chão offered Caipirinhas for $1 to celebrate the start of summer. Here's to hoping they bring that deal back again.
But for now, you can get them for $10 on the all-day happy hour menu. This version is made with silver cachaça.
