What to try at the newly opened Primo's in San Antonio

I haven't been able to stop talking about Primo's — the newly opened Italian spot near the St. Mary's Strip — since I had dinner there a few weeks ago.

What to try: The limoncello margarita ($12) blends the best of both worlds: limoncello, tequila and lime. It was so memorable, I tried ordering one in New York's Little Italy — and got a few confused looks.

Arancini ($14), perfectly crunchy on the outside and filled with gooey provolone. We ordered a second round, they're that good.
Seared flat iron steak ($34), served over a smoky charred onion risotto that adds depth. The herby salsa verde ties it all together.

The vibe: A swanky spot perfect for a dressed-up dinner that still feels warm and welcoming.
