Where San Antonio home prices rose and fell

• The Jefferson neighborhood near Woodlawn Lake Park saw the largest increase in prices in April year-over-year, with a 15.3% jump. Prices in Boerne were up 12.4%.

Meanwhile: The Medina Lake area saw the largest drop in prices, falling 26.3% in April from 2024.

• That's tied to declining water levels in the lake — it sat at 2% capacity in April, per Homes.com.
• Prices in Converse (-13.2%), Leon Valley (-12.8%) and New Braunfels (-10.5%) were also down.
