👋 It's Madalyn, sharing a new favorite lunch for when I'm in the mood to treat myself: the greens and grains bowls at Pullman Market.
Catch up quick: The market — celebrating its first anniversary tomorrow — added the bowls to the quick eats options in March.
I'm a sucker for a good bowl, so it was one of those Instagram announcements I instantly dropped in the group chat and have been so excited to try.
What to try: The harissa salmon bowl ($18).
It's loaded with flaky salmon, quinoa, cabbage, honey harissa, broccoli, cucumber, sweet potato and cilantro.
I added avocado (because, obviously) for $2.
It's smoky, sweet, a little spicy — and somehow tastes too good to be good for you.
If you go: Find all of the bowls at the quick eats stand by the coffee.
Pullman Market parking is free for two hours with validation.
The bottom line: Sure, it's a bit pricier than my usual Cava or Salata order, but it kept me full all day. And sometimes, you need a little splurge to spruce up the work week.
