An event that bills itself as having the world's largest bouncy castle is coming to San Antonio this weekend.
What's happening: The Big Bounce America Tour is bringing seven inflatable attractions to the South Texas Area Regional Soccer Complex, next to Toyota Field on the Northeast Side.
The tour includes:
- A 24,000-square-foot bounce house, advertised as the world's largest, that reaches 32 feet into the air
- A more than 900-foot-long obstacle course with 50 different obstacles
- A bouncy sports arena with goals, nets, hoops, balls and a climbing area
- A space-themed area featuring inflatable aliens
- And a deep-sea party inflatable called OctoBlast
Zoom in: The main bounce house features a stage with a DJ who will play age-appropriate music and host games and competitions.
- There will be giant slides, ball pits, climbing towers and inflatable characters for everyone to befriend.
If you go: The event runs Friday through Sunday.
- Sessions are organized by age. Three hours at the event includes a timed session for the main bounce house and unlimited access to the others.
- Tickets start at $22 for a toddler session and run up to $45 for an adult-only session.
What they're saying: "We need more fun in the world, and what better way to bring that into 2025 than with a 24,000-square-foot bounce house," tour manager Noa Visnich said in a statement.
