1 Super Bowl recipe to go

Inflation or not, deviled eggs at a Super Bowl party are always a win.

Dig in: Meadow chef-owner Patrick "PJ" Edwards shared with Axios an easy way to zhuzh up classic deviled eggs with a buffalo chicken concoction.

What to get

• A dozen eggs
• 3 tbsp. Duke's mayonnaise
• 2 tsp. mustard (yellow or Dijon)
• 2 tsp. smoked paprika
• 1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• 1-2 tbsp. hot sauce
• 4 ounces pulled rotisserie chicken
• 2 ounces blue cheese crumbles

What to do

• Boil, peel and slice your eggs.
• Separate yolks from the egg whites.
• Add yolks to a food processor with mayonnaise, mustard, spices and hot sauce. Blend until smooth. Fold in cooked chicken.
• Transfer mixture to a pastry bag and carefully pipe the filling into cooked egg whites.
• Garnish with blue cheese crumbles and a few extra drops of hot sauce.
