San Antonio weekend events: Diwali, Midland and more

Friday

Head to the Texas Arts and Crafts Fair, which starts Friday and lasts through Sunday near Kerrville. 

• Hours vary; wristbands cost $10. 

Wurstfest, the beloved New Braunfels tradition, starts Friday and lasts through Nov. 10.

• Ticket prices vary depending on the day, but start at $18.

Saturday 

Connect with the outdoors at the free NatureFest at Mission County Park where there will be forest bathing, yoga, a conservation fair and more from 10am-2pm. 

Explore Olmos Park Terrace's Uptown Art Stroll on Saturday (10am-5pm) and Sunday (noon-5pm).  

• There will be more than 20 locations featuring more than 80 artists. 
• Free pedi-cab rides will be available between venues. 

Celebrate Diwali, the Hindu festival of lights, beginning at 4:30pm at Hemisfair and the Arneson River Theatre. 

• Admission is free.
