Mark the long-awaited reopening of Lower Broadway at the River North Block Party, near Eighth Street and Avenue B. 

• The opening ceremony featuring Mayor Ron Nirenberg is at 1:30pm, with the block party to follow from 2-6pm. 

Cheer on the Spurs (duh) at the home opener against the Rockets.
