Savannah Bananas to unleash Banana Ball fun in San Antonio

The Savannah Bananas will bring the Banana Ball to San Antonio's Nelson Wolff Stadium during their 2025 World Tour.
Why it matters: The Sept. 12-13 games mark the first time the wacky dancing baseball teams land in San Antonio.
State of play: If you're unfamiliar with the Bananas, think of them like the Harlem Globetrotters but for baseball.
- The Texas Tailgaters, a Banana Ball team debuting in 2025, will face the Party Animals. Game time is TBD.
What's next: Fans can buy tickets by signing up for the Banana Ball Ticket Lottery, which closes on Nov. 1.
- A drawing will occur roughly two months before the event. If you're selected, you'll have a chance to buy tickets.
