H-E-B launches express delivery service through Favor

Favor and H-E-B are teaming up to offer H-E-B Now, an on-demand delivery service for customers who need items in a pinch.

How it works: The express service, which is available in the Favor app, allows shoppers to get up to 15 items delivered in 45 minutes or less.

Delivery fees are waived on orders over $25 through the end of the year.
Delivery fees for orders under $25 will be $4.95. After the promotion ends, the rate for all orders will be $4.95, a spokesperson tells Axios.
Shoppers still pay an additional service fee and any tips for the runner.

Favor has also introduced a dedicated H-E-B tab in its app to simplify shopping from the grocer's inventory.
